Through meaningful chessed opportunities, uplifting programming, and mentorship girls discover what they’re capable of and how much they can contribute. TAL encourages girls to develop themselves and recognize that each of them, as a unique individual, has something valuable to offer the Klal.

After working with teens for over 15 years I noticed that was a gap. There are so many wonderful programs for girls who need extra support but always felt there was something missing for the girls who are succeeding - the ones who are doing well and want to keep growing.
I founded TAL for these girls.
To give high school girls the opportunity to continue growing and appreciate their ability to give to others.
